There are 3 models that we are offering, the PVE 30, PVE 37, and the wheelchair accessible PVE 52 model. All of these elevators are capable of up to a 35 foot vertical rise and as many as 4 stops. The unique design of the vacuum elevator is a perfect choice for a retro fit or a new construction project! These elevators enhance the value of any home without consuming the footprint of a traditional home elevator.

What is a Vacuum Elevator?

The vacuum elevator combines a smooth vertical cylinder with a coaxial car that moves up and down through air suction, just like the tubes that you use at your banking establishment! The principle operation of the elevator is based on the ascending push generated by the difference between the atmospheric pressure on the top of the car and the atmospheric pressure under the car. The depression (vacuum) required to lift the car is achieved by turbines operating as exhaust fans which are located on top of the elevator.
